Summary
This study is adapting and testing a therapy designed to help people who are dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) while also using multiple drugs, like cocaine and opioids. The therapy is being offered within a methadone treatment program in New York City. Researchers will see if the adapted therapy is practical, acceptable to patients, and if it helps reduce drug use and PTSD symptoms.
