Summary
This study aims to test the safety and effectiveness of a new nasal spray medication called SLS-002 for treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It will involve 200 active-duty service members and veterans who will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the treatment significantly reduces PTSD symptoms and is safe for participants.
