New hope for veterans: major trial tests multiple PTSD drugs

Summary
This study aims to find new medications to help control PTSD symptoms in active-duty military and veterans. It will test up to five different drugs against a placebo in about 800 participants over 12 weeks. The trial uses a flexible design that allows researchers to adjust which treatments are tested based on early results.
