New hope for PTSD: military study tests multiple drugs at once

Summary
This study tests several new medications to see if they can reduce PTSD symptoms in active-duty service members and veterans. About 800 people aged 18 to 65 with PTSD will be randomly assigned to receive either a study drug or a placebo (a pill with no active medicine). The main goal is to measure changes in PTSD severity and check for side effects over 12 weeks.
