Summary
This study tests whether fluoxetine, a standard antidepressant, can reduce PTSD symptoms in active-duty service members, veterans, and civilians. About 200 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks, with researchers tracking changes in symptom severity and safety.
