Summary

This study tests whether fluoxetine, a common antidepressant, can reduce PTSD symptoms in active-duty service members, veterans, and civilians. About 200 participants will receive either fluoxetine or a placebo for 12 weeks, and researchers will measure changes in symptom severity and watch for side effects. The goal is to find a safe and effective treatment for PTSD.
