Summary
This study tests a program where trained peers deliver blood pressure medication directly to patients' homes and use health technology to support them. The goal is to help 1,140 adults in western Kenya with uncontrolled high blood pressure take their pills regularly and lower their blood pressure. Researchers will compare changes in blood pressure and medication adherence over 12 months.
