Summary

This study aims to create and test a personalized program for women going through menopause who have a higher risk of dementia. The program will help them manage their fears and learn healthy coping strategies. Researchers will first talk to small groups of women to understand their needs, then develop the program, and finally test it with 60 participants to see if it is helpful and easy to use.
