Summary

This study is testing a structured psychological program to help teenagers (ages 10-19) with scoliosis manage anxiety, pain, and depression before and after spinal fusion surgery. The program is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and is designed to reduce distress. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, pain catastrophizing, and depression using standard questionnaires.
