NCT ID NCT07522333

First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at how runners' minds cope during a very long 120-kilometer race. Researchers want to understand how defense mechanisms and emotional control affect feelings and tiredness. About 80 healthy adults who are already signed up for the race will take part. The goal is to learn more about the link between psychology and performance, not to test a treatment.
