Summary
This study tested whether adding psychodramatic role-playing to standard childbirth preparation classes could reduce postpartum depression and improve self-efficacy and social support in first-time mothers. 57 pregnant women participated, with one group receiving standard education and the other adding role-playing exercises. The results showed no significant difference between the groups on any of the measures.
