Summary

This study tests a drug called LM11A-31 in 147 people with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), a rare brain disease that affects movement and thinking. The goal is to see if the drug can slow down the disease. Participants will take the drug and be monitored for changes in their symptoms over time.
