First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests two new imaging drugs, [18F]ABBV-964i and [18F]ABBV-965i, used with PET scans to see tau protein buildup in the brain, which is linked to Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). The main goals are to check safety and how well these drugs show tau in the brain. About 24 adults (healthy or with PSP) will join this early-phase trial to help develop better tools for diagnosing and tracking PSP.
