New hope for arthritis patients: finding the right switch when treatments stop working

Summary
This study aims to help people with psoriatic arthritis who didn't get enough relief from their first biologic medication. Researchers want to know if switching to a different type of drug (guselkumab) works better than switching to another similar drug (golimumab). The trial will involve 63 participants and directly compare these two switching strategies in real-world practice.
