First seen Dec 09, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looked at 192 adults with newly diagnosed moderate to severe psoriatic arthritis to see if starting stronger treatment early works better than the usual step-up approach. Participants were split into three groups: standard care, early combination drugs, or early biologic therapy. The goal was to measure how well each approach controlled disease activity over time.
