Summary

This study aims to understand why tendons become painful and inflamed in people with psoriatic arthritis. Researchers will take small tissue samples from the Achilles tendon of 30 participants to look for immune cells and inflammatory markers. The goal is to learn more about the disease, not to test a new treatment.
