NCT ID NCT07398651
Summary
This study aims to compare two different drug combinations for controlling psoriatic arthritis in patients who haven't responded well to standard treatment. Researchers will test apremilast plus methotrexate against adalimumab plus methotrexate in 60 adult patients. They'll measure how well each combination reduces disease activity, improves daily function, and affects joint inflammation using ultrasound imaging.
