New drug combo offers hope for stubborn psoriatic arthritis

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a medication called deucravacitinib to a patient's current psoriatic arthritis treatment helps control symptoms better. It will enroll 128 adults whose arthritis isn't well-controlled despite their current therapy. The goal is to see if this two-drug combination provides better relief with manageable side effects.
