Summary
This study is testing whether a special PET scan using a tracer called 68Ga-PSMA can identify patients with advanced upper digestive tract cancers (like stomach or esophageal cancer) who might be eligible for a type of targeted radiation therapy called endoradiotherapy. The researchers will scan 20 adults with active cancer to see if their tumors take up enough of the tracer. The goal is not to treat the cancer directly, but to find out who could benefit from future treatment with a radioactive drug called 177Lu-PSMA.
