Magic mushroom therapy gets a monitor: new trial for stubborn depression

Summary

This study tests whether having a trained monitor during psilocybin (magic mushroom) therapy helps adults with depression that hasn't improved with other treatments. About 40 people will receive the therapy and be followed to see if it's safe and helpful. The goal is to reduce depression symptoms and improve well-being.
