Summary
This study tests whether a drug called psilocybin (found in magic mushrooms) can safely reduce depression in adults who have both cancer and major depressive disorder. About 56 participants will receive up to two doses of psilocybin or a placebo, with therapists present. The goal is to see if psilocybin improves mood and quality of life.
