Summary

This early-stage study tests whether psilocybin, given with therapy, is safe and tolerable for autistic adults with depression that hasn't improved with other treatments. Twenty participants will receive two doses of psilocybin along with psychotherapy. The study also uses brain scans to understand how psilocybin might work in the brain.
