Summary
This study uses brain scans to see if psilocybin changes activity in mood-related brain networks in people with depression. Fifty adults will receive either psilocybin or a placebo pill, along with supportive therapy, and undergo MRI scans. The goal is to understand how psilocybin affects brain function, not to test it as a treatment.
