Summary
This study tests whether platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections work better than hyaluronic acid (HA) injections for people with advanced knee osteoarthritis (grades III-IV). About 150 adults with knee pain will receive either PRP or HA injections and be followed for up to 12 months. The goal is to see which treatment better reduces pain and improves daily function.
