Summary
This study tests three types of injections for people with chronic neck and shoulder pain caused by muscle knots. It compares a natural healing injection (PRP), a steroid injection, and a mix of both. The goal is to see which provides the best pain relief over 6 months. 150 adults with a single painful knot in the upper trapezius muscle will take part.
