Could a blood plasma infusion help women with thin uterine lining get pregnant?
NCT ID NCT05538338
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether infusing platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the uterus can thicken the uterine lining and improve pregnancy success in women with infertility who have had failed IVF cycles due to a thin lining. About 62 women will receive either PRP or a placebo during a frozen embryo transfer cycle. The main goal is to see if PRP increases lining thickness and leads to more sustained pregnancies.
