This study tests two versions of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections—one with white blood cells and one without—to see which better reduces pain and stiffness in people with hip osteoarthritis. About 230 adults with mild to moderate hip OA will receive ultrasound-guided injections and be followed for a year.
