Summary
This study tested a personalized lifestyle program for 232 overweight or obese Hispanic women during and after pregnancy. The goal was to help them gain a healthy amount of weight during pregnancy, lose weight after birth, and improve blood sugar and other health markers. The program included diet and exercise guidance tailored to their culture and language.
