Head-to-Head: which radiation is safer for the heart?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common radiation treatments is better for people with breast cancer that hasn't spread. About 1,200 participants were randomly assigned to receive either proton therapy or photon therapy. Researchers will follow them for at least 10 years to compare heart health, cancer control, and overall quality of life.
