Summary

This study is testing whether a type of radiation called proton beam therapy can effectively treat germ cell tumors in the brain or spine while causing fewer side effects than standard radiation. It involves 45 participants aged 3 to 25 who have this type of tumor. The main goal is to see if proton therapy reduces both short-term and long-term complications for patients.
