Lung transplant patients may bleed less during biopsy with common drug

Summary
This study tests whether giving tranexamic acid before a lung biopsy can reduce bleeding in people who have had a lung transplant. About 94 adult lung transplant recipients will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a saltwater placebo. The goal is to see if the drug makes the procedure safer and faster.
