Summary
This study looks at whether eating more protein from either animal or plant sources can improve sleep quality in older adults (ages 60-85) in Singapore. Researchers will measure sleep using questionnaires and activity trackers, and also check blood and urine for related chemicals. The goal is to find a simple dietary change that could help older people sleep better.
