This study looks at how different protein sources (plant-based vs. dairy) and mild electrical muscle stimulation affect muscle building during 4 days of bed rest in 20 healthy young adults. The goal is to find better ways to prevent muscle loss in hospitalized patients. Participants will receive nutrition through a feeding tube and some will get electrical stimulation to their muscles.
