Summary
This study aimed to understand how the body digests and uses protein from milk, comparing whole protein to protein that has been pre-broken down. It involved 26 healthy adults to measure how protein moves through the gut and is absorbed. The goal was to gather basic knowledge about protein digestion, not to test a treatment.
