Summary
This study looks at whether a more aggressive approach to managing high blood pressure during breast cancer treatment is safer and better at lowering blood pressure and reducing heart damage than the usual approach. About 130 women with breast cancer and high blood pressure will take part. The study compares two blood pressure goals, not specific drugs.
