Summary

This study looked at whether combining physical exercise, mental challenges, a healthy diet, and social activities can help protect memory and thinking in older adults at risk for Alzheimer's disease. About 2,000 sedentary Americans with low diet scores and no current memory problems took part. The goal was to see if these lifestyle changes could slow or prevent cognitive decline.
