Cord tissue graft may speed Men's recovery after prostate surgery

Summary
This study tests whether placing a special cord tissue graft during robotic prostate surgery helps men regain bladder control and erectile function faster. About 100 men with early prostate cancer will receive either standard surgery or surgery plus the graft. Researchers will track recovery through questionnaires over one year.
