First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study will follow 1,000 men with suspected prostate cancer to see if repeated MRI scans can help doctors decide when a biopsy is truly needed. By watching how suspicious spots on MRI change over time, the goal is to avoid unnecessary biopsies while still catching dangerous cancers. Participants will have MRI scans and possibly biopsies based on the results, with long-term follow-up to check safety and accuracy.
