Summary
This study is testing a combination treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. It combines standard hormone therapy and chemotherapy with a focused ultrasound treatment aimed directly at the prostate. The goal is to see if this combined approach can better control the cancer and delay its progression compared to standard treatments alone.
