Summary
This study is testing whether a new combination treatment is safe for men with prostate cancer that has spread to a few other areas in the body. The treatment combines a targeted radioactive drug (177Lu-PSMA617) that seeks out cancer cells, followed by precise, high-dose radiation (SBRT) to those specific spots. The goal is to see if this one-two punch can safely stop or delay the cancer from spreading further.
