New drug combo targets prostate cancer in early trial

Summary

This study tests a new drug called SHR-4394 combined with other cancer treatments for men with prostate cancer. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it lowers PSA levels, a marker of cancer activity. About 100 men aged 18 to 85 with advanced prostate cancer will take part. The study is currently recruiting.
