Scientists analyze old data to Fine-Tune prostate cancer care

NCT ID NCT04541030

Summary

This study is looking back at medical data from men who had surgery for prostate cancer. Researchers want to see if a special genomic test (GPS), when used with MRI scans, can better predict which men might have hidden, more aggressive cancer. The goal is to improve how doctors select patients for a less-invasive treatment that targets only the cancerous part of the prostate.
