Cord tissue graft may Fast-Track erection and bladder recovery after prostate surgery

Summary
This study tests whether placing a special cord tissue graft (CLARIX® CORD 1K) during robotic prostate surgery helps men regain erections and bladder control faster. About 100 men with prostate cancer will be randomly assigned to get the graft or not. Researchers will track their recovery over 12 months using standard questionnaires.
