Summary

This study tests whether giving the drug enoblituzumab for 12 weeks before prostate removal surgery can help prevent prostate cancer from coming back in men with high-risk localized disease. About 219 men will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or standard care. The main goal is to see if the drug improves how long men stay cancer-free after surgery.
