New study aims to Fine-Tune prostate cancer radiation for fewer side effects

Summary

This study compares two types of radiation therapy for prostate cancer: one treats the whole prostate gland, while the other focuses extra radiation on the main tumor. The goal is to see which approach causes fewer bladder and bowel side effects. About 186 adults with prostate cancer will take part in this phase 2/3 trial.
