Second shot at life: repeating a Cancer-Killing radiation treatment

Summary
This study is testing whether giving a second course of a targeted radiation drug can help men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The treatment, called 177Lu-PSMA-617, is given by IV and seeks out and delivers radiation directly to prostate cancer cells. The trial is for men whose cancer initially got better with this same treatment but has since started growing again, to see if a repeat course can extend life and control the disease.
