Study tests which radiation method is gentler for prostate cancer patients

NCT ID NCT03426748

Summary

This study compares two ways of delivering radiation directly to the prostate to treat early-stage cancer. Researchers want to see which method—a one-time implant or two separate treatments—causes fewer urinary problems and side effects while still controlling the cancer. The study will track men's quality of life and treatment effectiveness over several years.
