First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study compares two radiation schedules for men whose prostate cancer has returned after surgery. One schedule uses fewer, higher-dose sessions (ultra-hypofractionated), while the other uses a standard moderate approach. The goal is to see which one leads to better quality of life, especially regarding bowel and urinary side effects, two years after treatment. About 136 men will participate.
