NCT ID NCT04769817

First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This observational registry will follow 500 men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer who are receiving PSMA theranostics (177Lu-PSMA) as part of their standard care. Researchers will track how well the treatment lowers PSA levels and monitor any serious side effects. The goal is to gather real-world data on outcomes and safety to guide future use.

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance

177Lu-PSMA

What this could lead to

If successful, this registry could provide real-world evidence on how well PSMA theranostics work and their safety in men with advanced prostate cancer.

What could go wrong

This is an observational registry, not a controlled trial, so results may be influenced by patient selection and other treatments. It does not test a new therapy directly.
