Summary
This study is testing a new immune-stimulating drug, injected directly into the prostate tumor, for men with prostate cancer who are scheduled for surgery. The goal is to see if this approach, sometimes combined with standard hormone therapy, can help the body's own immune system find and kill cancer cells more effectively. Researchers will check the removed prostate to see if the cancer is completely gone or only a tiny amount remains.
